The location of this hotel was quite unpredictable, but it was close to the beach which was great for swimming and soaking up some sun. It was also away from the crowds, which added to a quiet and relaxing stay. the staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was spacious, and the bed was cozy.

There was an issue with the cleanliness of the bathroom, which was a letdown.

The staff were very helpfull and friendly , room was ery comfy and great double bed and bathroom, cable and wifi were great. The room for the price was excellent value for money compared to other places we stayed.

We stayed out of season and it was a cold hotel except fot the room. The hotel is quite a distance from town and things to do.

The room was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet, while not included in the price, was good and cost only $6. I had read other reviews that the rooms were out of date, but mine was just fine, with almost new carpeting, a very comfortable bed, a flat screen TV... The hotel was a short walk to the beach, although the beach is on the windier, rougher "Brava" side of the peninsula.

Had to take a bus or taxi to get anywhere. There was no screen on the window.

Our room at BW Punta Del Este San Marcos had a really massive and comfortable bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. We also loved the easy walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

Its on a good location, near the city center

We had a terrible time. Although the room says it has air con. It didn't worked, and with 30 degres celsius (80 Fharenheit) they wouldn't change our room, nor even repair the air con. We suffered the next 2 days.It also says the room has a safebox, but, every employee of the hotel has a key to open it, so I dont know why the call it safe, since its a box everyone in the hotel can open it. The good thing, is that we were starting our honeymoon, so from here, it couldn't get any worse.

the Price and access to internet (although only in public areas)

I had no transport so this was a little way out from the main streets of Punta Del Este. Although taxis were relatively cheap would prefer to walk everywhere.No restaurant facilities in the hotel. The room was smallish. Tv reception poor. shower only had cold water 2 ouit of 3 nights.

The reception staff is nice. Spacious reception area. Sheltered poolside area. Comfortable bed. Nice variety at breakfast. Close to Playa Brava. Easy parking. Supermarkets and pharmacy nearby. Friendly cleaning ladies.

It was all superb.

The bathroom was original (roman style). Well located, near the beach.

Not sure it was worth the money

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The rooms are comfortable and roomy enough, perfect for a relaxing stay. I particularly loved the fact that it is close to a beautiful beach, allowing guests to easily enjoy the sun and sand. Additionally, the staff were nice and attentive to our needs, adding to the overall positive experience.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the location. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, away from the crowds, but still within walking distance to beautiful beaches. Additionally, the staff were attentive and provided good service. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided in the rooms, including the balcony that I had booked. Plus, breakfast was included, but it could also be added if needed.

No aspects mentioned in the reviews indicate any improvements needed.
